Savior of the lost

No one loves the fallen ones
The poor, the lost, the homeless sons
Addicts shaking in the rain
Forgotten names, ignored pain

We thought no one could help us
We thought we were thrown away
Written off, completely broken
Too far gone to be saved

But then we heard the name of Jesus
And hope came back again
We thought we were finished forever
But His mercy found us in the end

He is Savior of the broken…
Savior of the lost…
Where no one else would come for us
Jesus paid the highest cost.

He said He came to save the lost
The broken souls, no matter the cost
He healed the sick with gentle hands
Touched the lepers, took their shame

He cast out demons, spoke with power
Raised the dead in their final hour
He walked with sinners, ate with the weak
He was hope when hope was bleak

We heard He’s still doing it now
The same as back then, the same somehow
Like he did it back then
He is helping to us today

He is Savior of the broken…
Savior of the lost…
Where no one else would come for us
Jesus paid the highest cost.

We are the sick, the lepers inside
Demonized, empty, dead alive
Souls are bruised, hearts are torn
Tired of bleeding, tired of being worn

We carry chains we cannot break
We made mistakes we can’t erase
If You don’t come, we won’t survive
We need Your touch to be alive

Jesus, we’re calling Your name
And already the weight feels less
He gave us back our breath
Because He raised us from the dead

He is Savior of the broken…
Savior of the lost…
Where no one else would come for us
You paid the highest cost.
